Consequences of not following any routine

As I said in my previous article that u must have to stick to your routine otherwise you will end up your day with great mess. 


    In this article I am going to share that what problems you can faced if you are not following your routine. 

        Many people who don’t have any type of routine suffer from:

  1)Stress. No routine often means having the constant worry of “when will I get it all done.”

  2)Poor sleep. Without a daily routine at work and/or home, you may find yourself playing catch-up with yesterday’s to-do list. If you’re always behind on what should have been done the day before, you’re likely also staying awake worrying about what didn’t.

  3)Poor eating. Unhealthy diets (like eating lots of fast food) become the norm if there isn’t time scheduled for grocery shopping. Quick, unhealthy substitutes become the next best food option.

   4)Poor physical condition. Working out usually requires some advance planning.

    5)Ineffective use of time. Often, no routine means you simply run out of time, leaving things undone and not making the most of your time.


    When people don't have a routine or structure to their day it can cause increased stress and anxiety, as well as overwhelming feelings, lack of concentration, and focus.
 
lack of structure and routine can actually exacerbate feelings of distress and make you pay more attention to the source of your problems. 

If people don't have structure and are sitting around with less to focus on, then they also probably will find themselves thinking about the stressful situation more, which can also lead to additional stress and anxiety."

One way to get out of this cycle that promotes ruminating over the source of your stress is to maintain some structure and routine throughout your day.


Try to make a routine and  do  follow your routines persistently to make your life stress free, easier, peaceful and worthful.  "NOT HAVING A ROUTINE MEANS NOT HAVING AN ORGANIZED LIFE"

How to stick to your healthy routine like glue...

In my previous article I shared the information that how daily routine changes your life. But the question is that..Is that much easy to stick to your routine?? 


                 Beacause we all know that habits are difficult to make and easy to break. So the most important thing is to stick with that habit which you are trying to make a part of your routine. Now, I am gonna share that how can you stick to your routine.

       When you do something and no immediate harm comes to you, your brain assumes that it’s safe to continue doing the activity. Overcoming a habit that feels comfortable to you requires impressive amounts of willpower.

       Reaching for a snack or scrolling through social media can sabotage healthy plans by flooding your brain with dopamine, a feel-good neurotransmitter. That dopamine release causes you to want to continue the action whether or not it’s good for you.

       There may be quite a few things that ought to change in your life. Changing too many habits at once can be difficult and discouraging

        On top of all that, we only have so much mental bandwidth to devote to making decisions. When decision fatigue sets in, we’re likely to revert to whatever is easiest, even if we know it’s unhealthy. 

       Biting off more than you can chew is a surefire way to fail. Instead, pick one routine, and work on that. Or better, pick one habit and stick to that first.

    Hey everyone!Hope you all will be fine.As in my previous article,I have shared the information that why healthy morning routine is necessary.Now I am gonna share you about its benefits.I wish I will let you know more about it that how can you make your whole day as productive and happy as you want to make.


1:SETS THE PACE FOR THE DAY:
Starting your day  in the right way is going to set the tone ,pace and energy for the rest of the day.If you hit the snooze button several times,rush your way through getting ready and end up in rush hour  traffic,you will feel like you are in a constant race for the rest of the day.A morning routine doesn't necessarily mean you have to wake up before the sun.It means waking up with purpose and intentions to have things go your way.
2:INCREASES THE PRODUCTIVITY:
This is not some passed down hearsay, studies show that morning people are most likely to co operative, driven and  productive. Getting up early is only half the battle you win, but having a successful morning routine can ensure you accomplish everything you need to achieve and then you will win the whole battle.

                  If everything has specific order and the more you 
                   do your routine, the more it will become automatic.
                    You will move from one task to another.
And if you don't think about it,well you don't stress about it and helps us to keep relax instead of fretting about the tasks at hand.

4:SAVES TIME ,OUR  MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE: 
Time is the most precious asset at our disposal because once lost,it is not retrievable. By following a routine ,we save our time that would otherwise be spent on planning ,decision making and preparation.Our routine has predetermined our schedule, allowing us to use our time efficiently.

5:HELPS US TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS:
Our goals and aspirations are rarely, if ever achieved alter at once . But successful people accomplish their goals by doing the same things over and over again. 
 FOR EXAMPLE;
An athlete gets good at his sport because he practices daily .
An artist hones his craft through repitition.
Developing and sticking with a routine that is congruent with your goals is one of the surest ways to ensure success.

Every individual wants to live a happy and healthy life but we are surrounded by many problems which causes stress and anxiety .But you can overcome these things just by making healthy morning routine.
              Why am I specially talking about morning routine ?
             
             The answer is that if our beginning is energetic ,good 
             and joyous then we can spend our whole day as a 
              productive day.
                   "One positive thought in the morning can
                      change your whole day"
Nowadays, social media is full of morning routine ideas. But you can noticed it that we can't implement these routines in our life. This is because we all are operate differently with different biological rythms, different preference and different life styles.
So,the truth is that no one can make you understand what constitutes the perfect morning routine for u but you.At every morning just think like this.
                    "If today were the last day of my life,what I want
                     to do, what I am about to do today"
This thought will give you spirit .It will shake you and compel you to makeup your mind that how can you make your day more happy ,perfect and productive than previous days of your life.
                                    Life is a gift of God .Wake up everyday and realize that how much blessed you are that God gives you another chance to prove yourself.Try to think that how can you make the best use of your time at a moment.Take a deep breathe, put smile and think that you can do everything. Remove all the negativities of your mind .The starting in this way gives you inner satisfaction and confidence.
